Native Integrations

Zapier Integration

API Access

When simple triggers aren’t enough, API access gives you complete control of your phone system data, with the ability to act and to retrieve. Unlike Zapier or Webhooks that only push events forward, API access lets your team dig into call records, pull system data, and build custom workflows that match exactly how you do business. With API Access, you can:

  • Embed phones in apps we don’t yet have native integrations for

  • Inject specific customer data into calls or workflows

  • Perform advanced actions like deleting recordings or running AI sentiment analysis
