We’ve reduced the bandwidth requirement so that high quality calls can be made over 3G, 4G and WiFi connections. Simply register your softphones as VoIP devices in our service, and open the VirtualPBX softphone app to make calls.

All standard VirtualPBX features that are available to a VoIP system extension are available to all calls to and from softphones, like call recording, or choosing your caller ID. And softphone calls are included in your VirtualPBX business reports so you’ll always have records of every call. You can make outbound calls from your cellular phone without giving up your personal phone number. And call-backs go to your company number so you’ll know they are business calls. You protect yourself while looking more professional.

Mobile Call Interruption

When a personal call comes into your mobile device, your VoIP call will simply be put on hold until you answer or decline the incoming call. Your VirtualPBX Softphones can also play beep tones or an announcement to your callers put on hold to alert them.
Little to No Cost
All softphones (including 3rd party softphones) are registered as a metered line on your account and cost $4.99/month. For Office Plans, minutes cost 3.6 cents per minute for 100+ lines, 3.7 cents for 20-99 lines, 3.8 cents for 2-19 lines, and 3.8 cents for 1 line. Desktop softphones are $39.99 and available for setup through our Customer Support team. Similar to the mobile versions, the desktop softphone is an added VoIP line on your VirtualPBX account.
To put a softphone on your VirtualPBX account, you should first download a softphone from a good provider. The best idea is to use the VirtualPBX Softphone App which is available via Google Play, the Apple iTunes Store, and by appointment with our Account Services team for the desktop version.
