“Local” minutes includes the United States of America (50 states including Alaska and Hawaii as well as Puerto Rico), Canada, and Mexico.
If you already have a local phone number for your business, we can transfer it so that it rings directly into our service using our VirtualPBX porting service. Once it ports, it won’t be just a plain local number, but a full-featured VirtualPBX number with all the advantages of our system.
Every employee in your company can be reached by dialing your primary phone number and entering the appropriate extension number. Some employees, however, may want a local phone number that reaches them directly, skipping the auto-attendant greeting. Callers from most countries outside of the United States cannot call US toll-free numbers, but all of them can call local numbers here. If you have an international business, providing a local phone number for your company is a great choice.
