2022 Year in Review: A Look Back On VirtualPBX Achievements

The past year has been a year of incredible achievements for the team at VirtualPBX. From improving our products to enhancing customer experience, there were countless accomplishments that made 2022 a year to remember. Improving Products

In 2022, we launched our first text messaging product and made significant improvements to our voice platform. We released the award-winning VirtualText App designed to bring text messaging to small businesses across the US and Canada. We completed a major upgrade of the VirtualPBX platform to version 5.0 to make managing your business communications even more effortless. We also improved the performance and reliability of our Call Center features and expanded our coverage to more than 100 countries, including adding Mexico to our unlimited calling plans.

Enhancing Customer Experience

At VirtualPBX, our goal is to provide the best possible customer experience. In 2022, we revamped our customer-facing documentation. We made internal improvements to make communication faster and more efficient for all our team members to share their knowledge with our customers by leveraging the powerful collaboration in Notion. And we didn’t stop there! We embraced the power of video to capture and share knowledge with Loom — and even more to come on this in January!

The team at VirtualPBX also worked hard to improve our business processes in 2022. We upgraded our infrastructure to make our services more resilient. We launched a new billing platform to make it easier to improve our financial performance, which allows us to deliver more and more value and competitive prices.
