San Jose, California, November 29, 2017 — VirtualPBX today announced the launching of entirely new ACD Queues as part of the ever-growing line up of features for the powerful Dash business VoIP phone system. This comes as a welcome addition to businesses of a certain size or that have call center operations that prove to be too cumbersome for the otherwise effective Ring Groups Feature on the award-winning VoIP platform. New call queues and their functionality open Dash to a wider group of businesses than ever before as they still operate on the same Dash platform that has been saving thousands of companies upwards of 40-80% on their phone bills.

ACD Queues on Dash are totally new, but work much like they do on previous VirtualPBX platforms with the exception of a few key improvements. First, the interface for the queue management itself is totally unrecognizable from its predecessors in that it dovetails perfectly with the sleek and intuitive Dash interface. This also means that the call queue management can be performed from anywhere with a data or internet connection, thus freeing the team from the physical location constraints of most traditional queues. Additionally, the new interface allows for a queue monitoring view that is a simple interface with all of the critical information immediately available to admins.
