Moving to five distinct plans — Basic, Essentials, Advanced, Enterprise, and Ultimate — the new breakdown of service levels seeks to fit businesses’ needs better than ever. VirtualPBX CEO Paul Hammond commented that this release comes in direct response to his company’s years of listening to the needs of its customers.
“As our Dash Phone System continues to evolve to meet our customers’ needs, so should the breakdown of its available features,” Hammond said. “We want every business to get exactly what it requires and pay nothing extra. Our new Basic and Essentials packages reach the smallest of businesses, including startups and entrepreneurs, while Advanced, Enterprise, and Ultimate give more expansive options to midsize outfits and enterprises.”

Every plan includes unlimited VoIP minutes between system users, at least one included phone number, use of standard Dash features like Ring Groups, Auto Attendant, Voicemail Delivery to Email, Audio Conferencing, and access to the free VirtualPBX Web Phone.
Stepping up the tiers, each successive plan includes or improves upon all the features of the last. It begins with Basic, which offers customers 500 minutes of calling within the contiguous U.S. and support for any smartphone or desk phone they wish to use with their accounts.
Essentials steps forward with Unlimited U.S. Calling and access to Digital Faxing. It also includes 500 toll-free minutes for use with an 800 number.
Advanced offers 1000 toll-free minutes and use of ACD Queues, Call Recording, and Webhooks.
Enterprise’s 2500 toll-free minutes come alongside the use of SIP Trunking, access to the VirtualPBX API, and Private Storage for call recordings.
Finally, Ultimate joins 10,000 toll-free minutes to CRM Integration, and includes Priority Customer Support for a direct link to VirtualPBX senior staff with no hold times and requests for on-site visits.
