Record Calls for Quality Control
Record calls on a per user or department basis and manage recording calls through your online interface. Call Recording is available on Dash Basic Plans for $19.95/mo. This fee includes 1 GB of storage with each additional GB costing $4.99/mo.
Easily Manage Voicemail
When you receive voicemails with Dash you may listen to them from the Dash online portal or your device, but you may also link your email address. By linking your email address you can choose to receive an alert the moment you receive a voicemail or eve n receive the voicemail itself as an attachment.
Route Calls to Multiple Departments
Prompting callers with simple options to select the department they need expedites their call and streamlines your business. When a call enters a Ring Group, the devices of logged-in members of that Ring Group will ring until a member answers the call. With Ring Groups you can set calls to ring devices simultaneously for all members, to overlap, or even to ring in a predetermined sequence.
Day/Night Mode and Holiday Hours
With flexible device options, you can always be reached by your business number – that is, only when you want to. For after hours callers, Day/Night Mode automatically delivers an alternate call routing scheme (to leave a message or play a recording of business hours and information, for example) based on a schedule that you set. Similarly, you may set a Holiday Schedule to reroute customers who call on special occasions.
