San Jose, California (July 24, 2018) — VirtualPBX announced today that Conferencing and Call Recording features, formerly plan add-ons, are now included at no extra charge for all current and future Dash customers on the included features list.

Both Conferencing and Call Recording can be personalized in minutes in the easy to use Dash online portal alongside all features available on VirtualPBX Dash Business Phone Plans. Existing customers will notice these new features in their system today and new customers will find them upon first login.
Conferencing with VirtualPBX is extremely straightforward. Administrators may allow all users or select individuals the ability to create their own conference, set a room number, and provide a PIN to ensure only invitees may enter. To join, attendees just call the number and enter the room and PIN set by the host.
Call Recording on the other hand, has many more facets that can be adjusted. For starters, an organization may choose to allow only inbound or outbound calls to be recorded. They may also elect to have only certain departments record calls. This is handy for organizations that use sales calls for training, or manage quality and customer satisfaction for support calls. Plus, it doesn’t end there. The Call Recording Manager lets you listen to and manage your call recordings from one place with an included storage allotment of 1GB. Additional storage through the Call Recording Manager is $4.99/GB/month, but users may also integrate an outside data storage service should they choose.
