Audio Conferencing

Bring Your Business' Team and Clients Together

Audio conferencing works in two different ways with VirtualPBX. This includes three-way and Teleconferencing.

Three-way conferencing allows you to invite others into a call with you. The main advantage of this is how quickly you can add and drop members to a discussion. Teleconferencing allows you to expand your group much larger, making it easier for people who are separated by distance to work together effectively and efficiently and to organize meetings with prospects or vendors.

Three-Way and Teleconferencing

Three-Way Conferencing

Three-way conferencing is something any phone user will be familiar with. That is because three-way conferencing comes standard on most of the best VoIP Phones available. It is built-in to the majority of VirtualPBX users’ experience – simply add or drop callers as necessary.

Teleconferencing

Speaking of simple, teleconferencing on VirtualPBX is easy as pie, too. When you open an account, all users default to no teleconferencing permissions. This way, the admin can make sure to only allow it to be used by the employees who need it most. An admin simply selects an extension to permit teleconferencing and enters a login code for their access. The admin can do this to as many or as few of the extensions as they like. Looking to add conference phones in your office? No problem! Adding devices is simple with our online dashboard.

Plus, beyond just audio, VirtualPBX extends your meetings to include video, screen sharing, and even call recording so that you and your team can be as effected as possible.
