Once scheduled, you’ll receive an email to share your logo and photos to ensure you’re promoting your business in the best possible light. Together, we’ll demonstrate how small businesses can thrive, one story at a time.

By scheduling your interview and receiving content, you agree that:

You are at least 18 years old and have legal right to grant this release.
Any media content you provide is your own and you have the right to share it.
We (that’s us, VirtualPBX) may use your business name, logo, photos you upload (e.g., premises, staff, products), and any quotes or interview content you share in published materials (e.g., blog posts, social media, newsletters).
We may edit or format the content as needed (e.g., crop images, adjust layout, paraphrase quotes for clarity), but will always respect the spirit of what you provide.
In that same vein, you are free to share the content we create together across your website and social channels, and can edit them for length or formatting, as long as the meaning and spirit remain unchanged.
Please don’t use the content we create in a way that misrepresents your story or our VirtualPBX brand.
When possible, we would appreciate if you would tag or credit VirtualPBX when sharing, and likewise, we will do the same to credit your business whenever we publish content featuring your brand.
We will only use your business likeness and content in a positive or neutral context, consistent with the purpose of this campaign.
You understand that we are not offering payment or other compensation in exchange. Instead, this partnership offers visibility (spotlight, credit, and awareness) for your business.
You retain ownership of your logo and photos. By opting in, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use (and reuse) the materials you upload or approve.
