Basic Training Videos
We have provided video tutorials to get you started with your VirtualPBX system. The best way to view these videos is by logging into your system’s vConsole and following along, pausing when necessary. There are two videos available: basic administrator and basic user online training. The administrator training will help you set up queues, extensions, and greetings for the entire system and the tools presented can only be accessed by the system administrator. Basic user training tackles extension level configuration, like handling messages and call routing; this tutorial is often revisited by customers who need a refresher on tools they haven’t used in awhile.
Advanced Admin Training Webinar
We offer live advanced admin training on a weekly basis. During the webinar-style training, one of our experts will walk you through the system and answer questions in real-time. There is no limit to how many times you may take the online training, and each session usually lasts about an hour.
We have provided easy to follow tutorials to help you set up and maintain your VirtualPBX service so that you can maximize your the power of your business phone system. Included are tutorials to assign VoIP Phones to Extensions, using the Greeting Manager, using TrueACDTM Queues, and how to use your phone when traveling internationally.
