E911 Settings (vConsole)

  1. First Login to your vConsole account
  2. Click on Admin
  3. Click on VoIP Phones
  4. Click Manage next to the VoIP phone you wish to work on on
  5. Click edit next to E911 Address
  6. At the top you will see existing addresses that you can select from
  7. Or scroll down a bit and click on Assign a new e911 Address
  8. Fill out the information on the form
  9. Click update
