The following setup allows an incoming caller to be routed first to an individual (for example, a receptionist) or a ring group. If the individual or group is unable to answer, the caller will be sent to the virtual receptionist. The virtual receptionist will then play a greeting with menu options that the caller may select to be routed to a specific department or the main company voicemail. If the users in a department cannot answer for any reason, the user will be sent to that department’s voicemail box.
