The following is an example of a setup for a business that needs to route calls to multiple departments. Here, a caller enters your system through your main number and is presented with options during the main greeting. When the caller selects their desired destination, the call will be sent to the corresponding group. If the call is not answered or all users are already on a call, the caller will be sent to the assigned voicemail box. Note that you may select multiple recipients for email delivery of voicemails.
