Upcoming Plan Changes: Legacy Plans

Everything you need to know about our first price change and plan updates

Over the years, we have transformed VirtualPBX from a call-forwarding platform into comprehensive communications platform, delivering voice, video, text messaging, and more to empower our customers.

A lot has changed in VirtualPBX—and the world—since we launched. Over the years, we’ve released so many innovations and expanded our offerings, including flexible tools to connect in more ways, robust security features, app integrations, workflows, and much more.

To reflect all of the added value and ensure that we can keep investing in innovation, today we are announcing a price increase. This increase will affect customers on our Legacy Unlimited Users and Legacy Unlimited Minutes Plans. In addition, we’re updating all of our plans to make it easier than ever for users to try out new features. Both changes will go into effect on September 1, 2022.

Legacy Unlimited User and Legacy Unlimited Minutes Plans

On September 1, 2022, both monthly and yearly Legacy Unlimited User and Legacy Unlimited Minutes Plans will increase in price. Keep an eye out for emails from our team with details about your specific price increase. 

Current customers on monthly versions of these plans can save by locking in the reduced yearly rate before September 1. Log into your dashboard and switch to yearly by clicking on your name in the upper right and selecting Service Plan from the left-hand menu.
