VirtualPBX Releases Case Study Video in Relationship Milestone

VirtualPBX, creator of the Dash Business Phone System, has reached a milestone in its years-long relationship with Persistent Systems, a global enterprise software developer.

Their time together has witnessed Persistent’s launch of nine new offices in six countries – all linked by VirtualPBX’s Dash. Now, to celebrate their continued success as business partners, they have finalized a case study report and accompanying video.

“They’ve Been An Excellent Vendor to Work With”

Todd Baseden, the Principal Engineering Manager at Persistent, was kind enough to provide his talent for the case study video below. He was asked to speak honestly about the relationship between his company and VirtualPBX, and what arose was a testament to the positive nature of the companies’ dealings together.

“You’re looking at performance… what your service after the sale is going to be,” Baseden said in his interview for the brief film.

“It’s pretty easy for you to say, ‘Buy my equipment, my services,’ but then not be able to provide help afterward,” he continued. “One of the key differentiators for us has been the level of service.”
Persistent has used VirtualPBX Premier Support since its site rollouts began. As a Premier member, it has gained guaranteed immediate access to phone, email, and online chat with VirtualPBX Support representatives.

In the times that issues have occurred close to home in the U.S. or as far away as India, techs have been standing by to deliver both virtual and on-site support.

“The Level of Integrity is Really High”

Baseden also praised the forthcoming nature of the partnership.

“You can be so frustrated [when] working in the tech business. But as long as people have a good sense of humor… and have a high level of respect and honesty, that’s the other key thing.”

“If I ask them if there’s something wrong, they don’t beat around the bush,” he said. “They tell me: It’s a problem and we’re going to fix it.”

From First Steps to Today

VirtualPBX initially helped Persistent Systems configure a collection of new offices at the pace of about two sites per month. Within six months, they were operating together in Canada, Israel, India, Mexico, the U.K., and the U.S.

Today, each of the nine Persistent locations is linked by a common Dash network of desk and conference phones. The network serves more than 350 employees who need reliable voice service and dedicated support to keep their own projects running smoothly.

Through everything, Baseden said, the quality of VirtualPBX’s service and support stands for itself:
“I think they’ve been an excellent vendor to work with. If someone came to me and said, ‘Do you know of any vendors?’ I’d say, ‘Give these guys a try.’”
