Thank you for choosing Virtual PBX as your hosted phone solution. Please complete each step below to configure your Virtual PBX.
Have your Virtual PBX number and your password ready. This tutorial will show you how to login to your system and provides a key step to help you recover lost passwords.
Now that you're logged in, you'll get a quick overview of how to use your Message Center. You'll learn how to listen to voicemail, and how to save, delete, and forward your messages from the web interface.
Here, you'll enter some key information that the Virtual PBX will use to locate you. You'll need nothing more than the phone numbers that you intend to use with your extension. You'll also learn how to define your default number (the phone number that's dialed first), how to temporarily exclude numbers from being dialed, and how to enable follow-me calling.

We highly reccomend that you change your web and phone passwords to something that you'll remember. You'll learn how to change them here.
This step explains how you can customize the message forwarding functions of your Virtual PBX. You'll learn how to receive messages in your email and you'll also learn how to receive notifications of new messages on your cell phone.
Now that you've logged into the web for the first time, you'll be shown how to login by phone. You'll also record your name and your voicemail greeting.
