We have grown from one studio to three over the past three years. Trying to put our schedule on a voice mail system provided by the local phone company was an exercise in speed talking and futility. Since finding VirtualPBX, we save a lot of money on both the service and our local phone bill.

I save even more with VirtualPBX because I check all my voice mails from my computer (as well as receive faxes) and it doesn't cost me a penny extra. I can save the messages, sort through them, listen to them all with a click of the mouse. And when necessary forward them to a teacher to follow through with.

Then there is the customer service. I get quick responses via email or by phone and the training provided to get started was wonderful.

So over all, I am ecstatic with my VirtualPBX service.
